In charge of direction of business operation in the Latin American region for Mexico, Central America, South America (Including Brazil) and the Caribbean. To explore and develop new markets for high-quality and reliable video acquisition, management and distribution over IP. To support and reinforce the many end users of the LiveU\'s live video transmission products and or services of the Broadcast and other Industries in the region. Develop LATAM annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.Develop a pipeline of opportunities in LATAM that supports sales goals.Develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy for each Country and vertical market. Manage existing Channels, VARs and Distributors and establish new ones in current and new markets. Recruit, train, and manage Channels, VARs and Distributors to achieve aggressive growth. Communicate product requirements to Product Management. Work closely with the Sales Engineers team, coordinate demos and training on our solutions. Provide on-time, accurate forecasts to VP Sales Americas and jointly discuss and implement new business policies. To work closely with marketing team to develop common strategies for the region.
