A collaborative Project Manager with 15 year’s experience in the Construction, Infrastructure and Land Development.Is passionate about working on projects which deliver high quality outcomes for New Zealand. Has been involved with full project lifecycles including planning, concept design, detailed design, delivery, handover and close out. Is acquainted with different delivery models including Alliance, NZS 3910 construct only & NZS 3916 design and construct.Has financial acumen through holding a Masters in Management majoring in financial economics and is experienced in managing budgets, forecasting and reporting including understanding and administering construction contracts.Experienced in project management frameworks, quality assurance requirements, project risk management and handover and completion.
