Previously in the Ōritetanga Learner Success team, I work to support equitable outcomes for learners, with a focus on Māori, Pacific and disabled tauira. This includes capability building for the sector and internal kaimahi, understanding and monitoring sector learner success programmes and progress, and contributing to system-level change that shifts the way we think about and serve tauira, particularly those underserved by the system.
