About Jordan Davies

I work on the problems that emerge when organizations scale faster than their operating models - when execution breaks down, decision-making slows, and accountability diffuses. Over the last decade, I’ve worked within a company that scaled from ~$60M to ~$600M in revenue through multiple business lines and acquisitions, increasing organizational complexity and the need for disciplined execution. My work has lived close to the center of the business, helping leaders turn growth into something durable by strengthening decision-making, execution discipline, and accountability under pressure. I’ve led and supported enterprise efforts ranging from shared services design to operating model shifts, delivery discipline, and forecasting clarity. The throughline has always been the same: reducing execution variability, clarifying decision rights, and building infrastructure that allows growth to translate into margin, predictability, and enterprise value. I come alive in the midst of complex operating work, the kind that tightens governance, surfaces friction, and helps leadership teams move through hard tradeoffs instead of around them. I’m most effective in multi-entity environments where progress depends less on alignment and more on judgement, follow-through, and the willingness to do uncomfortable work.
