I’m a senior executive drawn to purposeful, people-centred work, where complexity needs calm and strategy needs heart. I thrive at the intersection of people, purpose, and systems - aligning strategy, governance, and operations to deliver enterprise-wide impact.My career spans a decade building commercial and client strategy capability in leading agencies, followed by more than a decade of senior leadership and enterprise transformation within one of Australia’s largest not-for-profits. This combination gives me both the commercial acumen to drive growth and the governance experience to enable mission-aligned decision-making at scale.As the Head of Strategy & Enterprise Enablement at World Vision Australia, I drive whole-of-organisation performance by embedding enterprise scorecards, governance frameworks, and cross-functional planning systems that enable mission-aligned decision-making. My work connects fundraising to program delivery, strengthens executive & Board visibility, and ensures resources are aligned to organisational priorities.Prior to this, I served as Chief Marketing Officer, leading a $15M+ portfolio and 60+ staff through significant change. During this time, I delivered a 30% YoY uplift, including the strongest quarter in three years, while maintaining zero turnover and strengthening culture through a major restructure.Across nearly 20 years in strategy, transformation, and organisational leadership, I’ve built a reputation for bringing calm clarity to complexity, fostering collaboration across silos, and enabling high-performing teams. My focus now is on COO, Chief of Staff, and enterprise strategy roles where I can continue to be a force multiplier — aligning people, purpose, and performance for long-term impact.
