Manages and develops a portfolio of fundraising events, defining scope, planning and executing medium to large scale fundraising events throughout the United States-Responsible for initiating and coordinating regional grassroots fundraising events and initiatives, working closely with Duchenne families and volunteers across the United States, providing fundraising advice, support, and event logistics-Coordinate with the Community Engagement team to identify Duchenne families nationwide interested in fundraising on behalf of CureDuchenne and initiate local fundraising, special events and online campaigns-Review fundraising ideas and proposals in consultation with the leadership team-Plan, manage and attend all activities, including seeking sponsorships or grants, assisting with marketing and PR, managing local partnerships, managing on-site event logistics, and volunteer management-Solicit, secure, and coordinate silent and live auction, including prospecting, securing items, packaging, data collection and marketing-Review event contracts and proposals and make recommendations to CD leadership-Create planning and event timelines, run of shows, scripts, and briefings-Manage the production of all event-related materials including electronic and printed invitations, programs, sponsorship decks, signage, host gifts, attendee gift bags, TY notes, etc-Build and track projects in Monday.com to ensure successful and timely execution of all associated deliverables-Utilize Salesforce and other technology platforms to manage contact history-Oversee budgets,keep accurate records, and create financial reports as needed-Track projects to ensure successful and timely execution in coordination and collaborate with all CureDuchenne departments as needed.
