My official titles are project manager, implementation manager, and analyst. However, like any technology professional, I wear many hats. I am an educator, motivator, strategist, husband, and father.I am curious, ambitious, and collaborative with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. I am a self-starter and quick learner who has always had an eye for process improvement and automation. I enjoy utilizing my strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and lead by example with positivity, focus, and enthusiasm to add value and drive results. I am deeply passionate about being an impact player and leaving my mark on my community. I am a firm believer in radical candor and transparency. The strongest relationships stem from setting the right expectations, open conversations, and effort, whether that be in the workplace or in your personal setting.On the weekends, you can find me on the couch stressing over the latest sporting events. I also spend most of my free time with my family by either binging a new series on Netflix or playing video games.
