ABOUT JONATHAN JONES

Currently working as the Senior Manager of Strategic Program Operations for Ball Corporation, where I work daily to maximize the effectiveness of Ball Corporation’s global partnerships within the Sports & Entertainment industry.I most recently worked at The Strategic Agency as an Account Executive, where i was responsible for account management of Ball Corporations’s global partnership with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment: Naming rights for Ball Arena and partnerships with Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium Arsenal F.C. and the Los Angeles Chargers.Prior to that I worked at Learfield IMG College where I was responsible for new business development, client retention and account management. I worked to connect local and regional brands to University of Delaware Athletics through corporate partnerships. We offered a full-range of assets including Digital (LED Videoboards, Scorer\'s Tables, etc.), In-arena (Live PA reads, signage, etc.), Experiential (Gameday tabling, giveaways, etc.), Social media, Radio and so much more.I have always been passionate about providing creative solutions to complex problems and building long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.I also completed two Graduate Assistant-ships while I earned my MBA. During my time as an Academic Assistant I assisted the management of student-athlete development, social media, academic advising, study hall and more. Additionally, I had the opportunity to shadow all major units within our Athletic Department. During my tenure with the UNC International Recruiting Consortium I was responsible for recruiting high-performing international students, tracking digital analytics, social media management and more.My time with these two departments greatly polished my organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
