I grew up first-generation and low-income in a community where college felt like a distant possibility. Education changed that, and it\'s why my career is focused on helping education organizations deliver on their missions.I\'m an operational strategist. I thrive in building the systems, teams, and processes in close partnership with colleagues. I bring a builder\'s mindset grounded in data, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep belief that the best systems empower the humans inside them.What drives me: organizations with a clear mission and the ambition to build the infrastructure to match.
