Jonathan A. Flatow has over 25 years of experience in business and legal operations. He has served in senior management positions in public and private companies in legal, administrative and operational functions.In May, 2016, Jonathan joined Reimagine Holdings Group, Inc, as Managing Partner. Reimagine is a holding company focused on growing consumer insights and marketing services companies. Founded in 2011, Reimagine is focused on expanding its growing portfolio of companies that currently includes Critical Mix, UBMobile, PureSpectrum, Earningstation, iGain and PopResearch.On September 20, 2016 Reimagine announced that it has received equity financing from BV Investment Partners. The new equity funding, combined with existing debt capacity, gives Reimagine over $100 million of capital to deploy against its growth plans.Prior to Reimagine Jonathan joined together with former colleagues to form Cannondale Investments, Inc, an investment company focused on completing acquisitions in the data enabled business services industry. In October 2012 Cannondale Investments completed the acquisition of OneSource Information Services, Inc,(now Avention, Inc.) a leading provider of business intelligence and sales enablement solutions. At the time of the transaction, Jonathan was appointed COO at OneSource and On March 28, 2013 he was appointed President and COO of OneSource. In September of 2013 Jonathan assumed the role of CEO at OneSource. Prior to Cannondale Investments Jonathan served in senior management roles at Greenfield Online, Inc. He joined Greenfield Online in March as the Company\'s Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel. In 2006, Jonathan was appointed Chief Administrative Officer. Jonathan played a key role in both Greenfield\'s IPO in 2004 the sale of Greenfield Online to Microsoft Corporation in 2008 for $500mm, at which time he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
