Hello. My name is Jonathan Andres, and I am a Communication Studies major at Portland State University with minors in Business Administration and Real Estate Property Management. With the skills I have learned in my retail, marketing, and clerical work, I aim to become a business leader in the near future. With over three years in being in the area of retail, I have learned how to meet customer satisfaction and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency. I plan to continue building my strong communication skills and join an organization in the Pacific Northwest region after graduating in 2026.

   Support the leasing team by conducting property tours, assisting with lease applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in process for new residents- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service and detailed information on available units and amenities- Maintain accurate and organized leasing documents and updated listings across online platforms- Assist with marketing efforts including social media content, outreach events, and promotional materials to boost occupancy rates- Utilize property management software (e.g, Yardi/AppFolio/RentCafe – include the actual one you used) for data entry, lease tracking, and reporting- Gain hands-on experience with Fair Housing regulations, leasing compliance, and real estate operations
