Sent the following functions to this location: Custom Front End and Back End Development, Managed IT Support, Cybersecurity and Accounts Receivable. o In a highly competitive environment of Fortune 50 behemoths, grew Costa Rica team in two years while expanding services provided as part of the Free Trade Zone Regime, now delivering more than 20% of Serverless Solutions’ annual revenue. Effort saves the company $300K in annual headcount spend. • Initiated, researched, explored tech options, selected (Culture Amp) and implemented a robust performance management tool to bring consistency and predictability to the employee annual review process.
