Grew the company to revenues of $12M and a full-time staff of 50 employees. • Offer and oversee a wide spectrum of technology, digital transformation and staff augmentation services including: cloud service management, license administration and management (for both Google and Microsoft products), managed services, and cybersecurity consulting/management. • Work with a very broad customer base, including clients in: Entertainment/hospitality, energy, industrial equipment rental, healthcare, and legal, among others. • Establish the strategy and vision for the various business units and oversee execution, implementation and enterprise-wide adoption. Engage leadership team in ongoing alignment sessions, driving focus on continuous improvement and increased leverage of technology for service delivery.• Initiated, researched, established infrastructure for, launched and lead day-to-day operations for a near-shore office (in Costa Rica). Effort saves the company $300K in annual headcount spend. • Initiated, researched, explored tech options, selected (Culture Amp) and implemented a robust performance management tool to bring consistency and predictability to the employee annual review process.
