2022 Circle of Stars Winner - Responsible for attracting and managing a portfolio of in-demand talent and connecting their skills to clients within IT, Engineering, or Finance vertical. Improve full cycle recruitment processes and oversees team performance while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates and clients- Create strategies and tactics to effectively execute against delivery plans, and develop and support market delivery strategy and performance- Leverage knowledge of role design, market and rate intelligence to advise clients on talent needs and recruitment strategy. Proactively build a strong pipeline of in-demand talent and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs- Apply knowledge of industry and talent base to exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities for generating revenue- Provide mentorship, coaching and oversight to delivery team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Model, coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies to drive engagement and performance- Consult stakeholders on talent challenges and educate on impact of market or workforce trends on their business. Build relationships with existing and new consultants- Assess candidate motivations and aspirations towards a successful placement. Ensure client and candidate satisfaction and loyalty- Seen as industry expert and trusted advisor by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms. Understand and educate others on innovative workforce solutions and the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.
