I joined the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County in 2023 as Director of Gift Planning, following more than 25 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, including roles in program development, frontline fundraising, and board governance.In my current role, I manage and grow relationships with current and prospective leadership donors, guiding them in developing meaningful philanthropic strategies. This includes support with donor advised funds, charitable trusts, estate planning, and other planned giving vehicles to help donors achieve their long-term charitable goals. As the great wealth transfer continues, I have the honor to work with donors as they pass philanthropic traditions to the next generation.I also have the pleasure of leading the Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council, engaging a network of professional advisors to foster collaboration and promote effective, tax-wise charitable planning. Additionally, I oversee professional development initiatives designed to strengthen the fundraising capacity of nonprofit leaders through targeted workshops, webinars, and sharing of educational resources.With a commitment to strategic collaboration, I work to increase the Community Foundation’s capacity for philanthropic impact by expanding endowment growth and ensuring sustainable support for the evolving needs of Anne Arundel County.
