ABOUT JOHNNY HYLAND
I am a Professional Training Specialist with extensive operational knowledge and experience in fintech and automation for custody, investment management, trade processing, asset servicing, investment fund administration and treasury. I am also experienced as a Business Analyst, having spent years working with automation projects for various third party Asset Servicing and Investment Operations clients, managing a team of product, industry and soft skills Trainers and Instructional Designers. I have crossed over between that of a Principal Implementation Consultant, a Training Manager / Instructional Designer and a Senior Business Analyst in fintech. I have managed a project to design and implement a learning architecture for a large organisation. I am passionate about sharing my expertise and insights with the industry and the academic community, as a co-author of the \"Beginners Guide to the Investor Services Industry\", as a CISI accredited trainer, and as a lecturer at Griffith College Dublin. I also enjoy facilitating professional development and management training in my current role.I enjoy spending time with my family, tending to my garden, and tinkering with old cars.
