Plan annual marketing strategy to maximize management’s exposure to appropriate shareholders/targets and sell-side analysts • Develop investor messaging, including scripts for quarterly earnings process, ESG/proxy meetings, fireside chats/conferences, website content and other ad-hoc events and roadshows • Hone relationships with the buy-side/sell-side to maintain favorable impressions of the company and management • Advise management on external impressions of the company and how to best position corporate strategy to align with, or exceed, external expectations • Evaluate the shareholder base to understand primary questions/themes, drivers of investor flows and potential overall regional or style gaps, and implement strategies to address • Create competitive and peer analysis for use with management and Board of Directors
