Be a CCTV installation, troubleshooting, equipment and maintenance expert! Learn network video surveillance, “hands on”, using the latest technology. Keep the tools and equipment you get in class! Know more about CCTV than all of your competition! Visit to learn more. I am the President of \"Train A Tech,\" a product usability and technical training company. Our latest project is a comprehensive \"Hands On\" training program for CCTV products. Students commission the products they are being trained on right there in the classroom. For example: each student is given a complete CCTV tool kit and must commission a complete network surveillance system as a part of the course. Keeping the tools and the equipment they use in class will extend the learning experience beyond the classroom. This is by far the most complete and useful training program in the entire electronic security industry!

ABOUT JOHN WOOD
Hands On Training\" is a fun alternative to existing CCTV and basic Level I security training. Why on earth would you want to spend your training dollars on a dry, passive CCTV training that is not any fun? Hours of slow-moving instruction delivered by a tradesman struggling to bring to life (or perhaps comprehend himself) the numbing information dump presented on slides projected on a screen at the front of the room. Learn to be a CCTV Installer in a fun way. Instead, we give our students a hands-on training experience - commissioning the equipment they will be using on the job increases learning retention and makes training engaging and fun! That is why our security electronics training is the best you will ever attend; it is many times more valuable than the \"bare bones\" slide shows the other providers offer. Come and join us for a refreshing educational experience at a \"Hands On\" CCTV or Level One Hands On Training. Here is a list of tools and equipment you will receive with Hands on CCTV Training:~ A digital multi-meter - Your every day trouble shooting helper ~ A complete hand tool kit - Everything you will need to commission a working CCTV system ~ Network Video Recorder - A cutting edge video training device ~ Four Network video cameras and cabling ~ Video service monitor - A convenient monitor for viewing analog CCTV cameras ~ A complete NICET training guide - A complete training guide for the video technician Students use the provided tools and testers to do fascinating installation training in the classroom! I have trained over technicians and sales people on electronic security equipment during my career. Recently, I have trained over three hundred cable technicians and sales people to fulfill their mandatory requirements for licensing.
