Direct full lifecycle execution strategies, integrating development, project management, field execution, and turnover to ensure predictable, high-performance outcomes. Oversee project controls, field engineering, safety, subcontractor management, and resource planning across geographically diverse project sites. Drive commercial strategy and client development efforts, supporting utility and IPP customers with fit-for-purpose execution models (EPC, design-build, self-perform). Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across multidisciplinary teams and partners.
