   Program Summary: Cyber security data and technology integration across nine Federal Agencies (ED, EPA, FDIC, HUD, HUD-OIG, NRC, NSF, SBA and SEC). Technical focus includes implementation and configuration of scanning and data collection tools, centralizing, normalizing, and transforming data for feed into Agency centralized dashboard as well as further consolidation for Federal dashboard reporting to provide insight into enterprise and program security exposure. Integrator focus requires working across multiple Agency functional areas in close coordination with internal and external technical SMEs to identify data sources and then plan, manage, and execute enterprise implementation. Primary responsibilities:• Management of all project manager resources on the program (currently eleven project managers and product owners managing 90+ technical resources within a matrixed management structure utilizing a combination of agile and critical path scheduling. • Accountable for all DHS-level Federal customer reporting to Government PMO and Sr. Management including, weekly, monthly, and quarterly formal reporting.Highlights include:• Increased delivery credibility with Agencies through simplified schedule management (i.e, roadmap focus) with narrowed focus on internal technical aspects, while highlighting critical dependencies. The straightforward approach supported better internal/external resource planning and coordination. • Redesigned program reporting processes and outputs to achieve more credible and targeted reporting while lowering internal PMO level of effort and reducing time investment required of project managers. • Championed development and roll-out of more robust resource management tracking and forecasting processes. Actual to forecast ratios have remained “excellent” since implementation. These foundational processes became part of on-going client stakeholder reporting and review, including dynamic ad-hoc drill down.
