I am a board-experienced facilities, infrastructure and asset management professional with over 35 years’ experience operating at the interface between boards, executives and complex delivery environments. My career has been spent supporting organisations where governance, risk, compliance and long-term asset sustainability are critical, including NHS, MOD, PFI/SPV structures, local government, leisure and regulated estates.I bring independent challenge and assurance to boards, translating complex technical, contractual and regulatory issues into clear, decision-ready insight. My experience includes PFI and SPV governance, estates and infrastructure oversight, statutory compliance, Health & Safety assurance, commercial risk and value-for-money scrutiny. I am particularly effective in organisations facing heightened regulatory scrutiny, audit findings, turnaround or transformation.I have worked directly with boards, shareholders and funders, providing balanced, evidence-based advice and supporting confident decision-making in high-risk and high-profile environments.
