Spearheaded a Department of Labor sponsored pilot program, responsible for implementing workshops to assist vulnerable veteran populations. Responsible for developing business by securing stakeholders in both non-profit and governmental agencies. Strategically arranged and coordinated multiple workshops within the Portland metro area, as well as within the greater state of Oregon. Managed monthly scheduling for workshops, ran reports, and communicated over-all attendance of individual workshops. Aligned to compliance standards, as it applies to the Customer Relationship Management system to effectively communicate individual efforts. Maintained a consistent inventory of DOL-approved booklets, swag, and business cards to stay efficient and prepared. Strategically sought and actively engaged in outreach initiatives, to secure more stakeholders and potential veteran participants.
