With over 17 years of experience in the fresh produce industry, I have developed a strong expertise in the areas of sustainability, marketing, finance and management. I am passionate about the environment and using curiosity, creativity and innovation to promote a circular ecosystem - from farming to packaging. I co host The History of Fresh Produce podcast series, where I explore the rich histories of fresh produce and the impact on larger historical events. I have spoken at industry conferences, universities and other public forums on the subjects of sustainability and history, both centered on fresh produce. Additionally, I am the writer for Vision Magazine\'s column \"Produce Provenance\".
