I am a business leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic business consulting, operations and financial management, startup and territory growth, and creative consulting and marketing. I have a passion for driving sustainable growth and market expansion for start-up companies and industry leaders alike, demonstrating expertise in building peak-performing teams, opening new markets/locations, and driving e-Commerce sales.Currently, I serve as the Creative Director of The Produce Industry Podcast, where I oversee the production and distribution of engaging and informative content for the produce industry. I also work as the Chief Financial Officer of Creative Vibez Only, a creative agency that provides branding, web design, social media, and digital marketing services for clients across various industries. In my previous roles, I have led import and export operations, controlled P&L for consulting businesses, driven business development efforts, and provided project management leadership for new store openings, remodeling projects, and relocations. Throughout my career, I have cultivated strong business relationships, created and implemented successful business plans, and tailored business strategies for unique market and customer needs. Additionally, I have mentored junior employees and volunteered as an assistant instructor at California State University, where I teach students how to succeed in e-Commerce and how to use the creative industry as a game-changer in business development and customer engagement. I am fluent in Korean and have served as an English/Korean interpreter for various occasions.
