We work in settlement consulting, specifically, offering structured annuities for financial planning purposes for those who are coming in to a large sum of money. I specialize in Workers\' Compensation, but take on cases in Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury. It is our aim to settle cases, with annuity or without. Litigation is costly, time-consuming and ultimately removes each party\'s ability to have control over the outcome of the case. My first priority is helping to reach settlement that leaves all parties satisfied. My second priority is to reach that settlement as quickly as possible. Encompassing both, I want our annuities to fit the needs of the injured party.
