As Project Manager at Transdev Rail, John regularly performs and provides numerous executive and project management duties, including- Perform a variety of tasks at the direction of VP & General Manager for managing track, signal, PTC, roadway, and other duties to support the current business objective for Transdev Rail- Generate scope, schedule and budget parameters for bidding projects to outside contractors- Design and plan the execution of projects within the scope, cost, schedule, and budget parameters previously developed- Manage projects with fees of up to several million dollars- Manage execution of projects within scope, schedule, budget parameters previously developed; and manage subordinate staff in performance of the project- Report performance by generating maintenance of project reporting documents- Identify and resolve issues related to performance of project, including generation of scope of work, scheduling, developing and implementing QA/QC plans for projects- Review supplier and/or contractor submittals and product data and support installations, testing, commissioning and cutovers.
