ABOUT JOHN MANSOUR

John Mansour is currently a Senior Director of Development at QTS. He oversees data center development including feasibly land studies, substation/utility coordination, masterplanning, campus programing/design, construction and delivery. John leads projects across four campuses totaling over 1400 acres. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, John brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic communication, and superior management skills to the table. As a results-driven and creative leader, he excels in steering development projects from concept to completion, fostering collaborative environments, and empowering teams to reach their full potential. His ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively ensures smooth coordination across all levels of an organization. He is passionate about driving innovation, challenging existing processes, and delivering results that align with both business goals and client expectations.Prior to moving to development, he was a Project Executive for HITT Contracting where he lead mission critical, mixed-use, office/repositioning, and hospitality teams. He has also worked at Architecture firms, HOK and Lehman Smith McLeish (LSM) while in Washington, DC. Notable projects include TowerSquare Atlanta, Warner Media Studios, Data Centers for Digital Realty and QTS, Four Seasons Atlanta, The W Hotel, Washington DC, Hyatt Regency Bethesda, MD, The Willard Hotel, Covington & Burling at CityCenter, Brookfield\'s 2001 M St. and Potomac Tower, Vornado\'s 1501 K St, Tishman Speyer\'s Arlington Tower, First Potomac\'s 11 Dupont, and Bernstein\'s Bethesda Center.
