Oversee hotel Transitions and Dispositions for hotels being acquired and sold by MCR hotels. Work with Acquisitions department to work through all Transition related items to onboard new hotels and team members into MCR portfolio to include vendor set up, onboarding of staff, working with brand for ownership change, day of closing support, banking setup/credit cards, etc. to ensure smooth a smooth transition up to and after hotel purchase is complete.In addition, also work through hotel disposition process for hotels that MCR is selling. Work closely with new ownership groups purchasing hotels to ensure smooth transition during sale process of hotels to include vendor changes, new ownership onboarding of staff, accounting close out, etc.
