I started out hands-on in IT, then moved into project management—gaining experience at Cargill where I learned to navigate big corp environments—before handling IT infrastructure and eventually stepping up to this role. Through it all, it\'s been about using common sense—picking practical solutions, building solid teams that work well together, and keeping things simple and structured.At Liantis, for me the more important thing has been to streamline the process from ideas to execution, while making sure we have the right foundations in place to support our business in its ambitions. This included making the right choices, such as embracing the strengths of the cloud while keeping costs under control.
