Work with other functions (sales/marketing) to understand customer issues/strategy. Review employee interactions with customers to ensure all policies and regulations are being adhered to.• Work with project managers/IT on integration acquisitions into the main ERP system (JD Edwards).• Overseeing the credit granting process including research and evaluate a customer’s creditworthiness, investigate risks and advise a course of action, and establish/utilize methods for evaluation of risk.• Collection of the outstanding receivables which included duties such as the design and implementation of processes and procedures to improve cash flow and reduce receivables, monitor collection process and make recommendations for improvements, and escalate customer collection issues with the Sales and Customer Success Teams.• Provide necessary reporting on overdue customers including monthly write-off amounts, days overdue as a percentage of total receivables, other KPI’s as needed to drive continuous improvement for the department, and average days outstanding.• Ensure compliance with team for audit purposes and participates in audit processes as required.
