Responsible for the development, coordination, delivery and oversight of a Regulatory Training programme for the AR Network, ensuring fulfilment of network (PRIMIS) business demands for the provision of Training courses and effective management of resource.• To support the Director of Training and Competence through effective development and management of the Training team.• Effectively manage and mitigate key dependencies within the Training team.• To effectively design, deliver/facilitate expert training in identified key high risk areas as directed by the business.• Formulate relationships with Key Stakeholder teams (to include Supervision and Customer Advice monitoring teams) to monitor, address and align key compliance concerns in a timely and proactive manner.• Stay abreast of regulatory changes by conducting regular training content reviews ensuring they remain fit for purpose. • Review, monitor and deliver an effective and sustainable CPD and Testing solution• Drive positive Conduct Risk KPI’s in the areas of Broker Testing and CPD• To deliver Training courses as business needs and demands require• Oversee effective E-Learning support to drive team efficiencies.• Promote a strong self-development culture within PRIMIS• Maintain robust control and oversight of the PRIMIS Learning Management System• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure delivery against contractual agreements and expectations• Set up and facilitate the analysis of delegate feedback at appropriate and timely intervals, producing appropriate reporting metrics as well as influencing change.• The delivery of management reporting and regular updates to line management
