Led the creation of this division as part of Champion Home Builders, Inc. to provide site and field services for manufactured home retailers and community operators as well as builder / developers for manufactured and modular homes.• Instrumental in starting the division in the northeast US states and the expansion to the central Midwest and down the southeast seaboard. • Developed estimating and operational managing tools to jumpstart the operation.• Worked with a team to modify and implement systems software for estimating and developing budgets.• Working to develop standard operating processes and manual, to included tasks and responsibilities from onsite production work and managing to operational and executive reporting.• Manage a team of Project Managers and help mentor their Jobsite Superintendents, as well as Estimators and Construction Coordinator. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with our customers from their top down.
