Began managing the technical support, sales and customer support for four brands of capital equipment for TPS which are BLUE M oven company, Tenney Environmental, Gruenberg Oven company, and Lindberg Light Industrial. As growth and additional acquisitions occurred ( first two years) my focus was redirected and centered on the Tenney and Lunaire brands. In the last two years growth in my area of responsibility is in excess of 250%. Primary responsibility is providing technical support and managing a representative sales force covering the Midwest/Southern territories for products serving the aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics and general manufacturing industries. This includes interpreting various Mil-Specs, Automotive/Aerospace/ Pharmaceutical test and process specifications/requirements and applying the company’s products and core competences to meet customer’s needs. Also manage representative training, performance evaluations, and development of new Rep. Organizations, technical support, and large project negotiations / closure.
