As the CTO of Ace Industries, I have played an instrumental role in driving our organization\'s technological advancements and success. One of my most significant achievements was overseeing the migration from a 27-year-old enterprise resource planning system to an Oracle NetSuite platform, which has optimized our operations and increased their efficacy. Additionally, I reorganized our IT department to simplify the network architecture and outsource essential maintenance and cybersecurity services. I also implemented a backup and disaster recovery plan, ensuring our data is safe and secure. Another initiative I led was the development of our customer portal, which provides essential customer- or client-related information and data, augmenting our customer experience. I established and managed three new branch offices in Portland, Los Angeles, and Seattle on the West Coast to expand the organization\'s reach. I also hold business licenses for our organization in California, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona.
