Provide coaching and consultive services to military personnel, spouses, children, civilian employees as well as retired military personnel for Ft. Stewart and HAAF. Developed and launched a psycho-educational group format which was implemented at both installations and offered soldiers a realistic and adaptable approach to issues such as re-integration stress, anger management, substance abuse, depression, coping skills, sleep deprivation as well as effective communication. Presented to companies, battalions, FRG groups and garrison command on reintegration, pre and post deployment stress, hurricane evacuation, critical stress debriefing, post deployment effects on children and adolescents. Awarded “coin of excellence” for my presentation on pre and post deployment stress by Col. Sandbourne of the 224th MI at HAAF.
