I guide multimillion-dollar sales engagements with corporate and public accounts (higher education, local/state corporate government, K-12, and healthcare) from initial and continual contact to building a team dedicated to customizing solutions that range from enterprise-level hardware installations to software as a solution (SAAS), security, and data services solutions. I listen to client needs, collaboratively working with internal specialists to help find the products and services that precisely meet customer requirements. I build strong relationships both with the customer as a trusted advisor as well as with internal staff, earning a reputation as a resourceful leader who is committed to quality. As a former engineer with extensive experience in network administration, I edge out competitors because of my wide-ranging knowledge of established and emerging technologies and the ability to analyze and identify opportunities and solutions that aren’t always obvious but that prove invaluable. A routine goal achiever, I have routinely surpassed quota to achieve high attainments.
