Supervises operations, public relations, and financial planning.• RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION: Created and implemented a marketing plan and conducted a brand audit; Continued growth in enrollment and successfully executed a co-education transition.• ACADEMICS: Defined three educational programs to better fit individual student needs; introduced STEM philosophy and applied learning focus; reviewed and enhanced teachers’ and students’ learning styles; partnered with Universities for professional development and dual enrollment credits. St. Laurence became the first STEM Accredited institution in Illinois and launched the International Baccalaureate program in 2021.• LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Executed a Team of Teams program as a new opportunity for students to work as a team, create goals, and exercise leadership skills.
