I\'ve spent years trying to get franchisors to develop real franchise programs for Veterans - programs even a transitioning Vet with little capital and a lot of heart can start. When Hahn March let me build out a program for Signal Health Group and completely embraced my recommendations I couldn\'t help but accept the offer to come onboard as her Director of Franchise Development. Signal Health Group will finance 100% of the franchise fee for Veterans with repayment over 3 years all at 0% interest, there is no other franchise out there that I\'m aware of that is willing to go out of pocket the way Signal does to support our Veteran community. I also work closely with Signal to support two non-profits, VETS2INDUSTRY and Post-Veterati. I am deeply involved with both organizations.VETS2INDUSTRY is heavily involved in connecting Veterans with free resources. We see ourselves as a force-multiplier in the Veteran support space, aiming to add new programs where needed and boosting existing programs of other non-profits and organizations to make sure our Veterans are able to find the support they need when and where they need it.Post-Veterati is dedicated to resurrecting the Veterati mentorship platform to meet the mentorship needs in the Veteran Community. It was a shock to everyone when Veterati closed down last fall and we have been working diligently to rebuild the platform from the ground up with new features and systems that will revolutionize the Veteran mentorship experience.
