As Process Improvement Manager in Freeths’ Knowledge & Innovation Team, I lead the identification and optimisation of legal and business processes across the firm. My work focuses on driving efficiency, consistency, and innovation through the development of Freeths’ Agreed Best Practice (FABP).I collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success measures, ensuring improvement efforts align with firmwide strategy. Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, I facilitate workshops to map, analyse, and redesign key processes, eliminating inefficiencies and enhancing quality.Working alongside IT and business teams, I translate process improvements into actionable business and user requirements that enable smarter, technology-driven solutions. I also maintain the firmwide process architecture and FABP Catalogue, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation.
