Operational Customer Data Ecosystem Re-architecture – Q4 2024 to present - Lead Solution Architect for a new project to implement an omni-channel customer account management experience.Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation and collaboration – Q3 2023 to Q4 2024 - Leveraged the newly created Enterprise Data Platform and Customer MDM as the data sources to fuel Signet’s Customer Data Platform with joined/curated/processed data ready for CDP consumption.Customer Master Data Management (C-MDM) Platform implementation – Q3 2022 to Q3 2023 - Implemented an off-the-shelf Customer Master Data Management system to perform matching, merging, survivorship, and identity resolution functions on previously siloed customer data sources at Signet- This MDM system created a single, unified, person-level ID which could be used for reporting, analytics, and data activation.Enterprise Data Platform implementation – Q1 2022 to Q2 2023 - Led a Customer Data team of 12 analysts, engineers, and architects to help build the Enterprise Data Platform at Signet – A place where Sales, Location, Product, and Customer data could be analyzed, reported on, and activated together in a fresh and automated manner- This involved integrating 25+ data sources into a single AWS Redshift database (using serverless AWS technologies like Lambda, Glue, Appflow, S3, and Redshift)- Modeled and harmonized those data sources into a consistent, easy to consume presentation layer for end-users, analysts, and downstream systems (CDP).Current-state customer data ecosystem assessment – Q4 2021 - Interviewed key members of the Marketing, POS, eComm, Clienteling, and Services teams- Built comprehensive data flow diagrams to illustrate the ecosystem- Highlighted key gaps and areas of opportunity for tactical and strategic improvement.
