About Joe Dyer
I am grateful to serve as President of DISHER, a nationally recognized engineering, manufacturing technology, and talent recruitment firm headquartered in Zeeland, Michigan. We help our clients solve a variety of challenges with top technical talent. I am passionate about stewarding our Mission to with our customers, coworkers, and communities. It brings me joy to serve our customers and apply my experiences in steward leadership, culture, people development, engineering, automation, manufacturing, and innovation with our talented team. The DISHER team is striving to leave this world better than we found it.Prior to DISHER, I gained executive-level leadership experience as the Executive Pastor of an influential southwest Michigan church from 20β’β’β’β’21. During 20β’β’β’β’18, I worked for DISHER as a Team Lead for Manufacturing Tech Solutions, Automation, and as a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer. From 20β’β’β’β’13, I was a Manufacturing and Process Engineer at Parker Hannifin. Iβve was blessed to have to been selected for Crainβs Grand Rapids 2023 - 40 Under 40 and the Grand Rapids Chamber Leadership Class of 2024. DISHER was grateful to receive the Excellence Award from the West Coast Chamber in 2022 as an organization excelling in every aspect of business including culture, reputation, financial position, history of success, and sustainability. In 2008, I was honored to graduate first in my class with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Western Michigan University. While humbly proud of all of these honors, I am indebted to many mentors and I take seriously the stewardship of passing on that investment to others throughout my career.DISHER: We deliver top talent.
