With over 18 years of extensive experience in the field of investment banking. My expertise spans across M&A, ECM, DCM, and Corporate Finance, with a particular emphasis on the TMT sector and corporate M&A deals. I have actively contributed to a variety of landmark transactions, such as, for example, IPO of LiveChat, purchase of Polkomtel by Cyfrowy Polsat Group, purchase of UPC from Liberty Global and integration of UPC with Play, sale of passive infrastructure to Cellnex and negotiation of purchase of part of Vectra`s infrastructure. I proactively collaborate with board members and key stakeholders to facilitate the successful realization of strategic projects. My contributions encompass the comprehensive structuring of transactions, negotiation, integration planning, and pursuit of value creation opportunities.
