Joan Marsh is a C-Suite executive and seasoned telecommunications and technology leader. As the Chief Regulatory Officer for AT & T, Joan has over 25 years of experience with assessing regulatory risks, obtaining M&A approvals, spearheading engagement with the U.S. Government, leading compliance teams and managing emerging threats in the regulatory and political environments.Joan is well-versed in the strategic considerations and challenges associated with the intersection of technology, policy and government oversight and the ever-evolving risks in the political and regulatory arenas.
