I lead Psomas’ Environmental Group, including environmental planning and resource management. We help clients through the regulatory process and ensure that their projects are environmentally responsible and economically feasible. I’m motivated by the fact that what we’re doing on a project makes a difference in the end. One of my priorities is staff development. I invest a great deal of time and energy in my employees, giving them opportunities to advance by preparing them for success in their careers.With an interest in the environment that began in middle school, I have been providing urban and environmental planning services to private developers and public agencies for three decades. Following in the footsteps of my planning commissioner father, I started my career as a planner. Eventually, I founded an environmental firm that subsequently became a part of Psomas.
