Primary Responsibilities: Behavioral Health Specialist- Maintain overall behavioral health of Unit- Provide guidance to referred soldiers- Supervise and mentor 5+ other Behavioral Health Techs- Support missions in Behavioral Health Clinics and Hospitals by conducting behavioral-based interviewsSecondary Responsibilities: Squad Leader- Maintain accountability of up to 10 soldiers- Open door policy for any soldier having issues- Ensure all training and guidance\'s have been completed by all soldiers- Provide mentorship for those soldiers under my leadershipSupply Team- Track and Maintain $150k worth of Military Equipment- Manage allotted budget and order new supplies as necessary- Request new equipment and uniforms for new and old soldiers- Request Meals, Lodging, and Transportation for all military events- Complete monthly reports for higher-up commands HT/WT and ABCP NCOIC- Conduct semi-annual unit-wide HT/WT- Conduct monthly HT/WT for soldiers on ABCP and taking APFT- Train fellow NCO\'s on proper standard for HT/WT and Taping- Counsel soldiers who do not meet Army standards
