With 20+ years of leadership experience, including a decade managing distributed and remote teams, I specialize in building high-performing staff, scaling service delivery, and launching innovative solutions that drive measurable outcomes.As Division Director at Zeiders Enterprises, I oversee teams supporting the Department of Defense’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program, advancing career mobility, retention, and economic readiness for military spouses worldwide, and the Military Family Life Counseling (MFLC) program, providing non-medical counseling to service members and their families. A former military spouse myself, I understand firsthand the realities and needs of the military community and design services that reflect both mission priorities and individual aspirations.Earlier in my career, at Florida State University, I co-invented and led development of The Career Portfolio—one of the nation’s first university-wide e-portfolio systems, recognized by NACE for innovation. At Apollo Education Group/University of Phoenix, I directed nationwide contract coaching teams and ensured high-quality, data-driven service delivery across diverse populations.My work has spanned strategy development, project execution, workforce innovation, and cross-sector collaboration.
