ABOUT JJ FREITAG
I\'ve spent over 30 years operating, building, buying, and financing technology companies, from seed-stage bets to multi-billion-dollar transactions. I currently lead Corporate Development at Arctic Wolf, one of the world\'s largest and fastest-growing private cybersecurity companies and home to one of the largest commercial SOCs globally. Cybersecurity has never mattered more, and we are actively building, through organic innovation and strategic acquisition, to drive AI-forward solutions deeper into our platform and deliver better, more secure outcomes for our customers. At Coupa Software, I was part of the leadership team that scaled the business from $25M to $1B in revenue through multiple financings, an IPO, and a take-private acquisition. Over nearly a decade, I led 25 acquisitions of SaaS companies around the world — from technology tuck-ins to deals exceeding $1B. I also founded and ran Coupa Ventures, a $50M strategic fund investing in high-growth companies across spend management, supply chain, and the office of the CFO. Before Coupa, I was COO at SlideRocket, where I led the sale to VMware and the subsequent divestiture to ClearSlide. Before that, I was a VP at Azure Capital Partners, investing in early-stage software and cloud companies. Earlier in my career I carried a bag in enterprise software sales and started out in sales ops and product management at Oracle and SQRIBE. I serve on the board of Optis Consulting, a Shore Capital-backed company, and I\'m always happy to connect with founders, investors, and operators. No particular agenda required.
