Business intelligence director, focused on the Xfinity Mobile line of business. Responsibilities cover financial analysis, including order-to-cash productivity, bad debt risk, equipment expense and liability. Helped lead the BI data-provisioning effort during the migration of XFM provisioning and billing to the Amdocs CES platform. Co-created the data model for the XMBI structured data layer, produced the data lineage design from Amdocs Data Hub into said layer, and was a key contributor to data integrity and data governance efforts during and after the migration. Developed in Cloudera Impala SQL the reconciliation tools used to validate the integrity of the migration of Accounts Receivable data for 1M+ subscribers from the old OSS/BSS into Amdocs.
