From 20••••16 he was instrumental in developing Costa Coffee during their period of unprecedented growth. In this time Costa won clear market leadership in the UK, expanded in 30 other countries, was crowned \"brand of the decade\" in The Times, and helped parent Whitbread (WTB) become one of the fastest growing companies in the FTSE 100. He joined Chipotle (CMG:NYSE) in 2016 as Managing Director, Europe, and was subsequently promoted to Chief International Officer.
