Park Operations Manager for City of Lancaster public grounds and parks. · Responsible for the care, maintenance, and repair of all municipal properties within the corporate boundaries of the city. Elements of vertical construction over square feet are maintained by the Building Services Department, but all other structures are maintained and repaired by the Park Maintenance Department. The diversity of properties varies from parks and open spaces to athletic complexes, hiking trails, bicycle and pedestrian enhancements, rental pavilions, outdoor concert venues, festival locations, community fun runs, equestrian trails, and many other recreational amenities within our properties.I serve as the Certified Arborist for the city of Lancaster and review plats, construction plans, and development initiatives for compliance with the Tree Preservation and Protection Ordinance through the Development Review Committee as well as assessing fees detailing nonconformance with these criteria.
