ABOUT JIM HOGGAN

Following a long career in a leading global retailer which included roles at senior levels across the breadth of the \"end to end\" Supply Chain I have been working with international retailers in Europe,South Africa and across Asia for the last five years.My experience allows me to review and add value in both simplifying and improving the overall operation as well as building Change programmes or new development strategy.I am comfortable working the flow of goods from the supplier and on to the shelf edge. My work experience has included work with large Multiple food/Non a food operators including Discounters in both the UK and International markets.The scope of work includes review of current processes and working with teams across a business to build change and improvement plans. If requested I am happy to get involved in the execution of the plans going forward.Recent work I has been involved and leading the improvement and simplification of an end to end operational process linked to improving the capability and capacity of a national network.
